Saif Ali Khan starrer ‘Chef’ is an official remake of an American film with the same name. The release date of the film is out. Bollywood Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and revealed the release date of the flick.

He wrote, "#Chef, produced by TSeries and Abundantia and directed by Raja Krishna Menon, to release on 6 Oct 2017... Stars Saif Ali Khan."

This film is being helmed by Raja Krishna Menon and will feature Padmapriya as the female lead.

The original film, which released in America, was a comedy-drama film written, co-produced and directed by Jon Favreau.
